앵그리 버드를 하다가 다른 스마트폰이나 태블릿 PC에서 하면 처음부터 다시 시작해야 하는 번거로움이 이제는 없어지게 된다.
Rovio Accounts에서 현재 게임 단계를 저장해주는 서비스를 시작했다고 한다. 다만, 아직은 핀란드와 폴란드에서만 가능하고, 다른 지역은 계속 늘려갈 계획이라고 하고, 현재는 iOS에서만 지원한다고 한다.

Is it very clever way to push people to use web-based twitter.com instead of smartphone’s app and pc client? Which they spent 25 million pounds for that.

Tweetdeck(twitter.com bought 25 million pounds for that.) will soon no longer support Facebook integration, Tweetdeck for PC and AIR, Mac, iPhone app, Android app.
It means Tweetdeck will no longer exist.

내가 사용하던 Daegu’s posterous는 할 수 없이 이사를 가야 한다. 물론 서울에 올라오고 부터는 거의 사용하고 있지는 않지만서도…
이곳 Tumblr로 옮기려다가 daegu.tumblr.com은 누가 선점을 하고 있어서 어쩔까 고민을 하다가 한글은 역시 티스토리가 나을 것 같아서 티스토리에 Daegu’s posterous와 living in Seoul을 합쳐서 운영해볼 생각이다.
아직 블로그를 만들고 있고, 자료도 옮기는 중이어서 깔끔하진 않지만, 참고 삼아 주소를 남긴다. 여길 클릭 Living in Korea
국내 블로그 서비스 업체들과 경쟁이 안 되어서 서비스를 종료하겠다는 건 이해가 간다.
하지만, 그럴 것 같았으면 진작에 블로그 개편은 하지 않았어야 하는 것 아닐까? 올해 초에 블로그 개편을 해놓고는 1년도 서비스를 하지 않고, 닫는 걸 보면 웹서비스에 대한 이해가 얼마나 부족한 지를 아주 쉽게 알 수있다.
구글의 blogger 서비스가 경쟁 업체에게 밀려 종료될 위험에 처하기도 했었다. 하지만, 기본에 충실하다보니 지금도 문제없이 서비스가 되고 있다. 물론 워드프레스 같은 다양함을 지원하지 못하고 있지만, 지금도 많은 사람이 이용하고 있다.
아쉬운 것은 블로그 개편을 하지 말고, 차라리 서비스를 중단하고, 기존 사용자들의 글은 보관을 하는 방법을 선택했더라면 훨씬 더 나았을 거라는 거다.
(물론 양질의 블로그가 거의 없는 상황이어서 위의 선택도 의미가 있을 지는 모르겠지만, 완전히 없애는 것보다는 나을 거라는 거다.)

That is precisely so.
But I think you have to look more closely with smartphone thing. I am not interested to using Kakao so I don’t know and I don’t want to know about it.
But one thing I know is that many of Koreans use Kakao instead of twitter and facebook.
